You need to change over to the 04-08 brakes to do it

Ok, got all the parts minus a few bolts from the djm flip kit that I got from someone else on here. Another question; In the instructions it say nothing about the rear. Do I use the stock shackles? or were did I not get the whole kit? I'd like to work on this tomorrow

Depends on how low you are going. The flip kit alone will drop you 6". For a 5" drop you need the 1" lifting shackle. For 4" drop you will need the 2" lifting hanger. So only the 5" drop requires a different shackle than stock.

@patatewz: you'll probably get more help if you create your own thread and explain yourself better

Sorry, haven't been on lately. Patatewz, I have a 4.5 Front drop on my 2013 with Belltech drop struts and Eibach 04-08 coils. As for the rear if you want stiff, you need to change leafs, and stay away from a flip kit, and I believe McGaughys makes them for the 09 and up trucks. Then of course traction bars will help. For a 4"drop about 6" drop will make you level in the rear, which I would reccomend a C notch

From his signature and his posts in this thread, he has Belltech struts in the front set to 2" drop and a DJM flip kit, I assume with lift hangers for a 4" drop.
