as soon as the bass hits, I have no music at all for a couple days. Then, it works perfectly fine as long as the volume is kept low. The second I crank it up, bye bye sound. I suspect the jl 500/1.

time to tear into it again.

Chances are you burned out a wire, mine did this when I had a too low of an ohm load from the sub going to the amp.

I would recommend that you turn the gain, boost, etc on your amp down a little. There is an internal feature that keeps you from tearing it up.

Its prob your sub,or whatever you got,burnt coils
