Don't take it as hate.

I have a few questions.

First off it wouldn't be for me.

With a cash spent on the truck and system, couldn't you have spent an extra few bucks on your camera? Your pics leave a lot to be desired.

Along that line, all you spent for subs and sh*t and you bought a Dual HU?

Imagine how much harder they would Knock if you took that vertical seat belt thing off the rear cab wall?

That has to hurt resale/trade ini value.

I'm surprised you didn't drop in a V6 in the place of that slow triton to haul that heavy stereo equipment. You know, since your old V6 truck is the fastest thing on the road...

Ohh don't worry about anybody being JELOUS.... its not hate....

99% of the member here cringe up at the thought of butchering a $40,000.00 truck.. I just don't understand it....

it don't matter how good it sounds or how good the install is.... it butchered... bottom line.... and resale value.... I'm sure the audio system has more value than the truck now....

to each, his own, but not for me..

If someone done that to my truck, I would look like Rambo coming out the front door with all the guns i'm going to grab....

Ok i havn't really noticed or payed much attention to this new frame. But I know in some trucks the bed can twist in reference to the cab. Which installing subs like STOMP did would be ummm.....insane?

RF, Kicker & Infinity...I'm not easlily impressed. Cutting through your back wall on a brand new truck...ouch! It's almost like you went to BB or CC and got suckered. lol

Can you elaborate on the resistors for each of your Infinities? What amp is powering your Infinities? I bet those Infinities are having a hell of a time keeping up with those subs, but I'm guessing SQ wasn't a big factor in your set-up.

Also, what xover is that???

I think I'll stick with my set-up!

BTW, if you come off in your post like you do (a bragger), you're gonna get some that come off as haters. It's the nature of the game. Maybe tone down your post a bit and it wont happen.

I'm pretty sure he is talking about "bass blockers," but hey... with a setup like that, anything is possible.

And like Bry said... people don't care for the ****y around here. Adjust the attitude from "HEY LOOK AT ME" to somewhere close to "humble" and your responses will be leaps and bounds different.

As for your setup...not terrible, but it's not that amazing. Heck, my Ranger had 3 12s (JL 12w6v2) in it and I didn't have to ruin the cab Oh, and sound quality was superb... how's the SQ in your truck?

That was my initial guess too...but why? He has an electronic xover! lol
