How do I remove speaker covers on 04 Scab?

Just as the title says... I replaced the front speakers but can't get to the rear. Any tricks or techniques?

Well i hope you have some time on your hands to get this done. In order to change out the rear speakers you need to completely remove the door panels. It is very easy to do but it just takes time to take it apart.

First you will pop of the trim pieces next to the window which are just held on by clips. Once those are off you need to pop off the window switch cover and unplug the switch. Once that is done i think there are four bolts that hold the door panel on two on the top and two on the bottom. Then there is one more inside where the window switch is. Once the bolts are all off you should be able to take the panel off by lifting straigt up and then out.

Its been a while since I have taken mine apart so i think i remembered all the bolts and such, but if not I'm sure someone else will correct me.

No problem.
I just went out and looked at my truck and remembered that you also have to take the handle apart as well.
Pop the platic cover off in the middle and take off the two bolts behind it then remove the whole assembly.
Then it should all be free to come out.

Any other questions just ask.
