Ok I have a 2004 F-150 Screw, I am thinking about buying the single sub box from supercrewsound for a 10 inch sub. Now what is the best sub and amp to get with this box? They recomended Bazooka ELA300.1 amp ($149.00) and Digitial Audio DA4010 Low sub ($89.00). Would this be the best thing to get for the money or does someone out there know some better options?

I just installed that setup, but with ela500.1. So far worth every cent!

 

I've gotten to put a few of the EL series in some customer rides and the general concensus is that for such a low cost they are very reliable. As for the DA if you go with it. Post the results, I wanna know how they run if I'm gonna lean either way with recommendations to customers.

The DA sure is pretty for the 89bucks! But as most of know once it's in the box who cares. So far I've been pushing this thing pretty hard and if it grenades I'll let you know. It's hits low and tght. The surround is big and the cone actually measures around 7" inches. I was a little sceptical untill I ran it- It's impressive. The el is supposed to produce 500watts @2ohms. This is the way I'm running the DA. At 40% gain I'm reluctant to turn it any higher. Do you think this is too high anyway?
