04 screw where did you put your amps?

I am building a stereo system in my 04 screw and was wondering where to put my amps. I have 3 amps to mount and the space under the back seat is used for a sub box.

Depending on the size of your amps you might be able to mount all of them behind the rear seat. Under the passenger seat is also and option for one of the amps.

Rear seat

How did you get the rear seat to come out?

Behind the rear seat has got to be a bitch due to ease of access as well as there is no way for the amp to breath, it'll just get super hot stuck back there. I think under the passenger seat is a better option, but there are already alot of wires running under there for the air bag as well as a floor vent.

No other ideas for amp mounting? I have a Sony Xplod 5 channel, and it is too big to put under the passenger seat, and I've got a mooseaudio box coming to go under the rear seat. Behind the rear seat-back looks like the best idea to me. How did you get that off? I went out to my truck, and it looks like it would lift off, but no luck. There's hook-looking things on the top.

Here is an idea. Instead of using 3 amps just buy on big one. I have an 1800 watt Rockford Fosgate. WOW what an amp. I mounted it in the center of the floorboard in the front. Right below the stereo.

Well thanks for all the input, I ended up putting a mono kenwood amp for the sub under the passenger rear seat and put a amp rack over that amp and put in a alpine 4 channel amp over the kenwood amp. fits perfect and left me room to build a sub box under the rest of the rear seat.
