Man I am glad they came out ok , it made me nervous to see the ole band saw whacking then in two. I added 2 and 5/8 inches to them for a total of 9 and 1/2 inches under the seat. If I knew how to post pics I would post them up.

How'd you join 'em back together again?

 

I welded them together with a piece of angle iron to make the corners and flat bar for the flat piece.I will have the pics in my gallery tomorrow.
