One of the guys in my car club used to be a ford tech at a local dealership and now works at a diesel shop. I just had him do the plugs on my truck at 106,000 and he only broke one. He charges a flat rate and if he breaks plugs its on him. He doesn't up charge you for the extra time to take it out. I shopped around to local dealers and he is a lot cheaper by far.
