Houston- Regional Service Manager

Please help. I have a 2009 F-250 with a 6.4 Powerstroke diesel. It has been out of commission since early July (it is now Sept) due to fuel rail availability issue. I want to escalate the issue with Ford but all the dealer will give me is the 1 800 number. Surely there must be a Regional Service Manager that I can actually talk to. Can anyone help me with a name and number?

it depends on the dealership, what dealership is it at?

Regional Service Manager

Hmmm....not sure why it would matter. It is Conroe Ford but I am looking for a Regional Service Manager. Perhaps someone over all of Texas?

With the title I thought you were him... I was going to warn the guys to hide their mods.

Looking for the Ford Regional Service Manager

Thanks for the reply. I am sure that someone in this forum knows who the Service Manager is for the Texas region. It would be nice to talk to a live body instead of the Ford Customer care hot-line where you leave a message and then hope / wait for them to call you back.

I am not looking for someone connected to the dealership at all. Someone that works directly for FORD.
