I know that, but less expensive? Are you kdding me? You cannot build in this town for under 600K right now. (its the new Southlake)
If you want to live in my hood, that will only cost you around 275 for a 12 year old home and under 3K Sq Ft.
If you want to steal a home...try Heritage, there are so many large homes out there and with all the forclosuers, you can find one 30-40% under market right now. Its bad out there. Not sure why.
BTW, driving down 1709 is no picnic. It sucks balz.

just don't hit me...I ride for Complilance Depot....already been hit by a car, it hurts really bad and it was just a VW Bug. An F150 would ruin my day for sure.
Be kind to us, we all have Cell phones and report road rage DAILY in TC. Two of our team mates were assaulted by a motorist in TC, they got a 60K fine and 6 months in jail.
My team is very respectful of the law of the road, stop signs, single file etc...but other teams are not as law abiding. Which is a shame.
There are two groups that come through TC during the week. My group on M/W and another on T/Thur....those guys are **** holes.
