Does anyone know of an individual or shop in the Oklahoma area that has a good reputation for rebuilding our late model 4.6/5.4 engines? I would like to have drop forged rods (and related parts) and spark plug thread inserts installed in the 2000 lightning 5.4 engine I bought for my pending engine swap, in my 99' F150 4.6.
