K&N recently released a new air intake for 2015-2016 FORD F150 Ecoboost with 2.7L and 3.5L motors. Ecoboost engine is very capable so the engineers achieved really impressive performance results of +19HP and +34 Torque on 2.7 models and +23 HP and +34 Torque on 3.5L models.

Such a big improvement most likely wouldn't be possible on a bigger natural aspirated engine with just the intake.

23 HP is the peak improvement on 4500rpm, but as you see from the DYNO, it get's more power right from the 2500 and goes all the way up to 5000, which results in a better acceleration.
It's definitely one of the best air intakes on the market.
