2006 gauge cluster problems

Everytime I turn my truck to the on position, every single needle moves way past where is should and shakes. When I drive my speedometer stops working . I checked fuses and out a new battery in and still isn’t working the best . Any info?

Research Dash Volt Regulator. Yours is probably going bad. They'll read high, they'll read low, sometimes won't read at all....and all of that can happen in 10 seconds.

Before digging too deep, I would have the alternator checked out.

Thanks for some ideas! I forgot to mention! I’ve also took the cluster out and re soldered some pins . But this video is what it’s been doing.

Since you took it out, I'd suggest looking at the wiring harness and the pins that the connector connects to. Make sure none of the pins are bent.
