Hi,

I am new to the forum and is my first post so please excuse me if this is a topic that has been covered before. If there is an existing topic on this for 2015-2019 F150s please point me in the right direction.

Anyways, I have an 2015 XLT FX4 supercrew that has a popping noise when I pull into or back out of my driveway or on any type of slight incline. I bought the truck used but it still had 3 months left on the factory warranty. I have had this issue before and the dealership replaced the leaf springs and there were no issues until here recently. I sprayed some silicone spray in the leaf springs the other day and it seemed to help but we had a couple days of steady rain here in Alabama this week and it has started back. What recommendation do you guys have to fix this problem without having to take it to the dealership?

 

Sounds like worn front end bushings.

Look for cracked or worn bushings.

 

I registered just so I can respond to this. I just went through the exact same issue. Your leaf springs need to be replaced.
