Good evening, I recently purchased a 2018 5.0 xlt supercrew with 21k. I’ve been dealing a couple of issues. One with what I can describe as a mild backfiring sound when accelerating and up shifting is this common or a point of concern? Also the truck at times of acceleration seems to miss or has issues being in gear.(I could be wrong about the being in gear) if anyone has any input on this it’d be greatly appreciated. Thanks

 

Have you addressed these issues with a Ford dealer? That's what a warranty is for.
