09 5.4l 3v turbo upgrade.

Anybody with the 5.4l 3v 4x2 ever use the cxracing turbo? I need some help to see how much boost my piston can take with out switching to forged and what size fuel injectors do I need?

I would first start looking at upgrading the VCTs and put a high flow Melling pump -- well before even thinking about blowing air into it.

Actually you would probably want to lock out the phasers.

I have heard that with stock internals and a good tune about 12 PSI is the max to be safe.
