So the time has come to replace my CAM PHASERS on the 05 Expedition.

Phaser replacement time !

You need to check the timing chains, tensioners, and guides while you are in there. If I were doing a phaser job, I'd replace everything - phasers, solenoids, chains, guides, tensioners, and oil pump.
