2005 f150 timig chain

so my hired man and i started taking apart a 5.4l the oil tensioners were shot and a timing guide was broken. we forgot to follow the 12 oclock 6 oclock steps and got it re assembled with the timing marks in the right place. but when we went to align the cam shafts we just turned them. now with everything in pace the engine will not turn over by hand all the way. am i screwed now and bent a valve by turning the cam shaft over?

Depends on how hard you turned it.

If you were using a small ratchet using minimal force, I'd say nothing happened.

If you used a huge breaker bar with lots of force, then you are probably done.
