Does PCM module change mean I have to reprogram my PATS key

2004 Ford F-150 with 5.4l - if I change the PCM do I need to reprogram the PATS keys?

Yes.

Cheapest place is probably your local locksmith, next place is your local Ford store.

Cheapest is to do it yourself.

$20 OBDII adapter, Free software (Forscan) with "extended license", and a Windows computer or tablet..
