Brake keeps truck running

Brake keeps truck running
When I press down on the brake pedal all the dash lights cone on as if the truck is running. I start the truck up and the ABS light and brake light comes on, if I hold the brake pedal down and shut the truck off and take the key out the truck stays running until I let off the brake. I know it's a short, any help would be greatly appreciated!! I have removed the neutral terminal and placed a test tight between the post and terminal, removed fuses 1 by 1 and the light never went off.

Doesn't mean it doesn't have remote start. It could, but someone still has the fob or lost it.
Couple years ago, a neighbor bought a car, didn't realize it had remote start. One day his car went missing out of his driveway. Go to find out it had remote start, and the aftermarket remote start used a key with the transponder in it stored within the module. He left his doors unlocked when he was home (lives out in the country), and they went in, busted open the module, and voila, free car. Luckily, they tracked the car down and who did it. The guy spilled how he did it too.
That's another reason I am skiddish about buying anything used.

Look (THOROUGHLY!) and VERIFY that you do not have any aftermarket modules installed. A wiring diagram will do you no good if there's something undocumented going on, pretty much like a road map isn't going to help you much if you don't have something to drive.
The, remove the kick panels from BOTH sides of the front passenger area and inspect the grounding studs for loose or corroded connections. Your symptom is of an amok remote start or a bad (poor) ground, not a "short circuit".
