The pistons could hit the valves.

Need advice

My Lhasa timing chain had broken and my guides were gone so I did turn crank a couple of turns , but I put the crank back to tdc on my compression stroke , then set my cam gears and chain then , then rotated by hand about 6times bacteria to tdc

When the chain broke there is a possibility that the pistons hit the valves and were damaged. After you get it back together, I'd suggest a compression test or probably the best idea is to pull the head and verify whether there was damage. I'm not an expert on that engine but I'm fairly sure it's an interference engine.
