Mark LT will not rev past 2900rpm

Hey, all... new here, new to F150s and rather new to Ford in general. Had a Lincoln MkVIII as my first car at 16 and loved it, so when it was (20 years later) time to get a pickup, knowing the longevity and power of the F150 decided to get the "dressed up" Lincoln variant.
Truck was amazing for the first few hours after purchase... but by the time I got home, I noticed a rear end whirring sound, ball joint squeak in the front (which was pretty much expected) and most troublsome of all when heavy acceleration is applied the truck will reach about 2900rpm and not shift not produce power... almost as if its in neutral. After reading a few things this morning, i tried to clean the MAF to attempt a free fix and it did a little better (3400?) and then went right back to the way things were going before... was this only a coincidence? Any ideas what it could be?
CEL isnt on, but code reader reports p0420, p0430 and p1000 (likely due to the seller resetting the codes before Id picked it up)
Truck runs the full RPM spectrum in park and neutral.
Sticks at almost exactly 3000rpm when in at least 3rd gear and will produce NO power at all. Just revs out and sits. Kind of makes a popping ticking sound from the engine bay when its doing it.
Otherwise the truck sounds as quiet as to be expected. Idles just fine and all else works.
Any info anyone can give me would be much appreciated... hoping I dont need to replace a motor or anything, as its only got 94k on the clock.
No thuds from the trans or anything. Also, its a RWD variant.
2008 Lincoln Mark LT.
Thanks in advance!

Sounds to me like perhaps the catalytic converters are clogged? Is that likely? There DOES seem to be a "burning smell" after a long drive.

The P420 and P430 tell me you do have plugged cats.

Is that likely whats causing my issue? As in the inability to rev past about 3000 rpm under WOT?

Yes, because they are severely backing your engine up.

You should stop driving it and repair it.

You’re experiencing the same rev issues?
mine was indeed clogged cats.
Yours sounds more like an o2 sensor issue with the p0171

No, the P0171 doesn't mean the O2 sensor is bad. It means that the sensor has detected that bank 1 is running too lean.

P0420 doesn't necessarily mean the cat is clogged, it means that it's failed the efficiency test.
