4.2 Running lean

So recently I went to Mexico and played with the big boys. Now my truck has two codes and I cannot for the life of me figure out what the problem is. I took it to a mechanic that didn’t have a code reader at first. He told me it was plugs, wires, and a cam synchronizer. I replaced those, still not fixed. So then I had it hooked up to a computer P0171 System too lean(Bank1) and P0174 system too lean(bank2). I’ve already thrown $300 at this truck. Has anyone had this issue? I get a little past quarter throttle and it spits until I get out of it.
