Sync 3 problem 2016 F150 non-sony
Version 1 . . . . now 1.1 . . . . with same problem.
After 1 year of complete totally free of any problems what-so-ever . . . .
The touch-screen is very lethargic. Push a button, count to ten.
Trying to select anything is like waiting for paint to dry.
GPS is sometimes inaccurate.
Tried:
master reset
remove fuse
disconnect battery
disable WI-fi
disable Bluetooth
And every combination of the above.
Ford technician replaced the "A-Prom" . . . . said it connects behind the touch screen. That helped a little. Everything appears to work for about 5 minutes, then everything gets slower and slower.
Anyone got an idea of what to try next ?
Thanks.
