Talking Some more Stealth Mod Pieces are on! (pics!)

Some more "Anti-Bling" mods for my truck for a stealthier look

Washed the truck and put on 2 more smoothed plastic pieces. Did the tailgate handle and antenna base cap last week, pics in this album

and did the endcaps today. WOW are they sweet! RobG's work is nothign short of amazing!!! here's some pics

What a major PITA to get the stock caps off! I tried to save them and squeese the tabs to remove them, but got tired of screwing around and just cut the tabs off the back. a MILLION times easier this way, and probably safer too...less chance of scratching truck.
Had to take the tailgate off too to get the retaining clip off the endcaps. 1st time i took it off, but i'll probably do it quite often now cuz its so easy and i found some more areas to zaino. LoL!

Trying to get those steps out is a PITA and i scratched the tape up in quite a few spots...definately saved my paint!

No endcaps....they used enough clips to hold those things in! 6 friggin huge tabs! I had to cut the new tabs down quite a bit so they would pop in easier, but they are still super snug on there.

Now thats what i'm talking about!

Anybody got that pic of the Street Scenes steps? this pic is at almost the same angle, and you can definaetly see the difference in the fit between the smoothed OEM ones and the SS ones.

Got the stuff from the king of bling himself.....RobG
came painted and buffed and everything! stuff is flawless

thanks for the compliments guys! i'll have more pics as the pieces come in.

still debating on a rollpan. I kinda like the stock bumper on the flaresides, so i will probably just get the rear bumper cap smoothed and painted also. If i had a screw it would definately be a rollpan, but on the flareside i like the stock bumper
