I'm only an itinerant visitor myself, but I am sure that any true vehicle enthusiast should be welcome on any forum at any time !

More so here in the truck world where we all have the same base vehicles.

Thumbs up

Any enthusiast/interest is always welcome! Personally, I bought an '02 because of the introduction of the DSG color and supercharger. I've seen/driven the 2-tone and it is very attractive ... but a little bit too "foreign flashy" for my taste. I think the DSG color and subtle differences on the '02s are still the best IMO.

Not longer "future owner"....

Well I had my choice between the 2002 Shadow Grey & the 2003 Black or Black/Silver.

I too love the Tu-Tone... but the 3" wide tape stripe between wasn't as classya s the rest of the truck... just my .02. Wait until you see one in person for your own opinon of the tu-Tone.

As for the badging commnet... the new 2003 harley/100th anniversary badge is 50% or so larger than the 2002. Its BIG.

The main option for the 2003 I liked was the POWER rear slider. Everything else is the same. The 6-disc changer/Premium Audio is now std. The heated seats & rear window, & the bed extender are the options...

I now am the tickled pink, purple, & tire smoke colored owner of a 2002 Shadow Grey HD F150...

Mods start this week!!

i think in one of the mags that reviewd the 02 HD, one of their cons was "annoying supercharger whine" thats music to a real mans ears! LoL!

as for 2 tone....dont' get me started! i only more every time i see a pic, i still haven't seen one in persoon, but i'll probably spooge my pants when i do. LoL!

Just goofin' on ya a little there #356. A friend of mine whom is appropriately nick-named "The Kid" has a tendency to come home from the strip joints with messy pants. The funny part is that he's proud of it and tells everyone at work about spoogin' in his pants three times in one night. This bird is a trip!
