Won my Lemon Law Case. 2013 F150 W/Draw

I just wrapped up winning my Lemon Law case in the state of Washington for a parasitic draw in my 2013 XLT SCREW. When i was researching Lemon Law, it was very difficult to find anyone with first hand knowledge on what to do or expect, so here I am. If anyone needs info, feel free to email me at bsanders@local1159.com and I will HAPPILY help you out in any way I can.

Can you give us a summary of what the issue was, if you retained an attorney, what the final judgement was (e.g. complete refund of full purchase price of vehicle, with or without full reimbursement of legal fees), if the defendant is appealing, and if not, how long did the defendant take to comply with the judgement (if they've done)?

Perhaps but I don't think so. There's nothing advertised and no link to a website. Have you tried searching for the posted E-mail address and see if there's any complaints about it? (No, I haven't)

He's advertising himself. That's why he put down his email address.

Key signs its SPAM:
- first time post from a new user
- very inflammatory claims
- Absolutely zero evidence to back up said claims
- no response to questions

Typically I'd agree with this, but he signed up in Dec 2015, and just now posted in March. Not typical spammer behavior

Or, the OP has since left the F150 world entirely due to his extremely bad experience (that required him to seek legal relief to rid himself of said vehicle) that he no longer frequents F150 forums, except only to post his outcome.

When I sell my vehicles, I usually stop perusing forums specific to that vehicle.

^that is how I read it. It would suck to get a lemon but, helpful to have advice on how to start the battle if the other options are exhausted.
