Question Bought a 1984 F150 4x4

I am new guy here so take it easy lol, ok my question is this I bought the following truck for $1200 , it has. 302 with glass pack exhaust and sounds great, however interior is pretty rough, where is a good place to order material for it and also the ac works but blows hot air how do I charge it, the truck has about 100,000 miles total on it. Was this a good deal? Just wondering

Thanks in advance
New owner of a f150

I go with a running POS 4x4 for a grand is ok, so if it is nicer 1200 is fine.

Can't go wrong with the '82-'86 grills, they are the best IMO.

Anyway, it is a PITA to find or get anyone to work with R12 refrigerant, so if you want AC to work, gonna have to pay for a R134A conversion.

I usually find all I need for interior at LMC Truck. Order a free catalog and start spending money.

I've heard a lot of people liking their LMC truck gear. $1200 is fine, mileage becomes irrelevant on a 30 year old truck though.

I always figure my 84 is worth about $1,000. $1,200 is an ok price.

What's wrong with the interior? On mine I tore out the sagging ceiling carpet and will eventually scrape all the glue off then tear out carpet and do spray in bedliner for the whole interior. If you have upholstry issues I would just buy a seat cover for $20 and call it good. Mine is just duct taped. My dash is cracked where that center speaker is, but it doesn't bother me.

My 84 isn't a DD though so all the little things would probably bother me if I was in it everyday.

self pull junkyard. start by replacing the o-rings in the ac system. 9.99 at harbor freight for a green set of ac orings.
