i bought me a used truck and i was just wondering if you could tell me what all my truck has as far as HP, Torque, weight, or anything you wonna add.

I have a 1999 Ford F250 6.8L V10 XLT
i have a Hypertech Max Energy chip in it.
about to get a K&N cold air intake system??? did get the Air Intake.
um i have heavy duty springs, gooseneck towing install.
some kind of towing break system. Cat back (straight pipes)..
extended cab with the long bed. like 6.5' i think. not 100% sure.

and alot of other cool look good things like 20" rims. black truck with chrome door handles and stuff. HID light, some fog lights. camo all in the inside. tool box with my ltd 25-classic CB radio with the 102" antenna whip. some LED lights and few other things like that. but that dont have to do with the performance or what not.. ill add picks later when its not midnight and im not so tired

Ummm. I'll have to see pics first, but if you have chrome door handles I'm going to say remove them ASAP and have the painted black like the truck. To much chrome looks tacky.

Strait pipe from CAT back. 3" unnder, 5" tips.

Got alot of tricked out stuff like my HID lights some chrome alot of camo inside. tool box, CB and antenna. LED inside. and other things like that...

You have a extended cab, not a crew cab. And your box is 6.5ft.

 

The riceyness of that truck clashes with the camo seat covers, cowboy hat, and front plate...

 

yeah thats not an 8 ft bed.

i really like the center console in it. did they put those kind in '01s?

 

oh, ok my bad.. i thought some1 had said it was 8 but id never actually measured.


and what all does it have as far as torque, HP and how much does it weight, about..?

 

2001s had the much better console with a cup holder built in.

Your truck probably weighs about 5500-6000lbs since it's 2wd. And I have no idea what HP a stock V-10 puts out. Google it.

 

true but i got the gooseneck, toolbox, and bigger tires, rims so it could be a bit more.

 

Nice clean truck. Welcome to the site. It does look like you have a couple different styles going on these with the chrome and the camo, kind of an urban cowboy look. It's not my style, but it doesn't look "ricey" to me. I think I would lower the rear a little to get rid of the rake though.

 

yeah. its got 2 different looks. i agree, not my style. its a very sharp looking truck my i wont a chrome brush guard, 6in lift, and some A/T. if i can get that... it will look perfect. well ALOT better.

oh and yes. the back sits up high cause the 1st owner used the truck for hardcore hauling and pulling and he has Heavy Duty leaf springs in the back, thats why it sits up higher. if i cant get a lift for my truck i wont to get like a 3" spacer or something to lift the front up to level it off with the back so i can get bigger tires under it.
The 2nd owner did alot of the chrome and "tricking out" of the truck.
Im the 3rd owner.

Oh and im only 16 so money is tight and thats why i dont already have a lift and a brush guard and stuff
