Exhaust Videos

Like the title says, lets get a collection of exhaust videos going along with a description of what the exhaust is.

1999 Ford F-150 4.6 V-8. Flowmaster 40 Series, SIDO. 3.5" slash cut tips, 2.5" piping. Gutted cats. Edge Evolution on Level 3. K&N FIPK

2000 Ford F-250 Powerstroke Diesel

Factory exhaust tubing with no muffler, 5" tip. No cat (factory). Stock tune.

4" downpipe ONLY

4" downpipe, 5" exhaust, no muffler, Edge Juice with Attitude Level 5

Maybe if this gets enough hits we can turn it into a sticky...

Good ones Zaair.

I gotta say, jbrew's first video sounds awesome, especially as he revs it.

Yeah, I almost blew it over in the video of my F-150 too... If we get a lot of posts, I'm sure we can get this thread stuck.

Yea , I need to do something about the lighting - like some daytime vids. That vid was done after the header install and the rest of the components.

I could get most of the OBD-2 testing accomplished manually on the way to the site were I did the 0-80 runs between Flowmaster vrs. Magnaflow..

It seems once the computer is set and has the mixtures right , she really goes and sounds great!!

The second vid "fresh re-boot" - You here how choppy it is? Well, it takes a little time , but it gets better and better until the computer can calibrate the proper mixtures for the set up..

I'm happy with it over-all . I need to get the PI heads on there - I have a 99 intake manifold , but I'm without the heads yet..The heads I'm running are a little tired w/230,000 miles lol.

The non-PI intake , TB and elbow are polished and that made a big difference.

Well, I might as well post some of mine. Besides the Maggy swap, I have an AFE CAI and a "custom" Sniper Tune on an 03 4.6 Expy.

Comparison between stock and Maggy muffler swap. First one was a cold start stock, other was a "warm" start up with the Maggy in.

Cold start with the Maggy

0-10 mph were "soft" throttled, about 10-60 WOT. Inside video
