I search and it looks like the Ram Air Hood and the Cervini are looking like the best choices. Which one is better though. I didn't see anyone compairing these two.
Ram air is a little higher priced but I can get it pre-painted. So I'm leaning towards this one.
I just don't want one that's going to crack like so many I seen while I was searching.
Is it worth having it pre-painted or would I save more money taking it to a local bady shop. If I do buy it pre-painted they said it will match my white perfectly.
Are there any precaution I should know with buying and installing it.
I'm looking at the Ram air type II hood Part#1161
https://www.cervinis.com/product.asp...1&id=1159#8023
Or the G-Force Power Hood PH-108 If I go this way I was thinking of going with the works Pkg#5 PH-108F-5
http://www.ramairhood.com/store/scri...p?idproduct=43
Thanks in advance for any and all help.

Personally, I like the G-Force hood a little better, although there's not a whole lot of difference between the two. The thing I don't like is the price. That's the one thing that keeps from me doing something like this.
As for your paint question, expect somewhere in the range of $40-50/hr. for labor. The place I took my '98 to for an insurance repair charged $40/hr to repaint the entire bed when I got an ML-350 shoved into me by a 5-ton tow truck. This was 4 years ago though, so I'm sure prices have gone up since then.
