IM just saying that EFans $400 Duals $475 SCT programmer $475 K&N cold air intake $208 for a total of $1558 is money better spent
Approximately 2 sec off stock time
With S/C best 1 sec at stock boost levels $4500
That Guy...I agree

Not that impressive for 3psi difference in boost in my mind. That Guy
I am so glad someone else (you) saw and understood the same thing I did in this race. But I guess that is the result of knowledge and experience.I'm Drew and it is a pleasure to post with you!
Also
Powerworks comes stock at 7psi Whipple comes stock at 8psi
Wonder what the outcome would have been if the Whipple had been stock at 8psi without the upgrade to 10psi?
Or what happens if Powerworks upgraded by 2psi? Or lets be fair and upgrade to 10psi also? 10psi vs 10psi.
Should make those thinking about a supercharger purchase wonder.

since you're willing to spend the money switching to a whipple, why not try a turbo? i'm sure the gains and potential gains will be well worth it. the efficiency of a turbocharged system has been proven many times and huge tq numbers. i know no one makes a kit, but thats all about being the first to turbo a new gen.
Powerworks comes stock at 7psi vs Whipple that comes stock at 8psi and upgraded(more aggressive tune) to 10psi
Plus in the Powerworks kit we get a DVD autographed by Vin Diesel

There were differences in the trucks also such as I have a fiberglass one piece bed cover where they had an open bed and I definately out weigh their driver by a good 50lbs. On the other hand, they were runnng stock wheels and tires where I was running light weight aluminum wheels and good tires. All in all they were really close, and we all had a great time running those big ol' cows down the track. The guys in the Ford Racing camp are really good guys and we can all easily play in the same sandbox together.
