The vacuum pump on a 2013 is run off the camshaft on the rear passenger side. It is actuated by a cam lobe there. It could be your issue.

I did the springs on my 2009 with 4 compressors on each spring. They are strong. If you only have two compressors, I would recommend a couple of ratchet straps as well to provide some extra safety....

Trucks with the auto start/stop feature get AGM batteries. If yours has that, it should get the AGM battery. Otherwise a normal lead acid is fine.

evap purge valve

If you have a leak in the evap purge valve, you can also have this problem. The purge valve pulls vacuum in the tank when it shouldn't.

Do the coil contacts in the relay holder have 12V across them when you're trying to crank? It's possible the coil isn't getting energized because of a bad ignition switch or damaged wiring.

It feels the same as a dragging brake coming off a complete stop. Since the OP has no other dragging brake symptoms(heat, dust, etc,) why not try the shaft first.

L6 is a locker axle. you don't need friction modifier because it doesn't have slip clutches, but if the fluid you buy has it already in, it's not a problem. I would suggest ford's 75w140 gear oil...
