I'm not sure what all exact models came with it, or what packages designate getting an aluminum drive shaft, but my 2002 F150 XLT Sport did. So they're out there. Good luck.

Close to 126k on my 02' that was purchased brand new. The truck was retired from daily driving back in 06', so it doesn't get driven many miles anymore. But man did I pile em' up from 02' to 06'....
