Doing ball joints - what else should I consider?

I'm going to be replacing upper and lower ball joints on my 2004 screw. Should I automatically do tie rod ends or anything else while I'm at it? I believe its all original.

I would go with 2", to me it seems to look just right! Also feel 2.5 and especially 3 might be bit much for the suspension...

I have been running the Bilsteins for over a year, at the 2" setting and I am very happy with them. I don't feel there's much difference from the factory ride - maybe slightly stiffer...

On stock wheels I agree they should be fine. I have 305/55/20's on aftermarket rims, and had to do a little trimming, I think because my tread is pretty aggressive.
