After my initial 6 months free ended, I was on a trip out of state and attempted to renew it but they wanted $200+, so I made cds work. Now if they call or send a letter, I just keep telling them no until eventually they come back with $25-35 for 6 months.

It's now been over a year since I let my Sirius/XM subscription lapse and I can honestly say I haven't missed it a bit! To me, the service is worth around $10.00 per month, but I have much better things to do with my time that sit on the phone with a series of customer service reps trying to finagle a better rate......

My truck came with the Sirius radio junk. I set it up to what I thought I'd listen to. Never had it on again. Local radio is much better or the CDs that I've made. I don't understand the billing though as I never got a renewal for anything like what some of you are paying. The most they wanted out of me was $68.00 per year and since I found it worthless to me, I turned it down. They've come back with even cheaper offers. Paying for radio makes no sense to me but then I won't pay money to sit in front of a light bulb either. That's called cable TV as I recall. There's nothing there I can't watch online when I want to see it and it's commercial free. Jeez I sound cheap!

I had Sirius years ago, but I didn't use it enough to justify the cost. My stereo has aux jack and USB, so I either listen to music, that I keep on a 64gb flash drive, or use my phone for Pandora.

Same here. Best option for me. Dips out here and there driving under a canopy of trees but, my phone dips out in different areas along the drive too.

Got a bill the other day for $32 a month...all access account. I called and got $99 for the year by just asking "Is there anything you can do if I pay the whole year?".

Took maybe 10 minutes on the phone.

SiriusXM in my opinion is crazy like a fox. If you choose all access you can pick up around 150 channels from you radio, but you if use your phone app you can choose from over 300 channels plus the Pandora channels since SiriusXM purchase Pandora.

If doesn't make sense to use the radio to listen to SiriusXM when the phone app connected to your radio is the best way to go and that's what I do all the time. When I'm in Mexico the customize Pandora doesn't work until I turn on my vpn and say that I'm back in the USA. After that I'm have access to everything SiriusXM has to offer.

They are doing $5 a month. Just click chat and the agent will give anyone this deal!

deal info here

I renewed even though I had 4 months left on my plan. Added 8 more months for $36!
The amount is $79.71 since you have a credit of $43.13 the remaining due is $36.58 included the fees and taxes and you're covered through 02/08/2022.
