A couple weeks ago I had the local Ford Dealer instal a Sirus Radio in my 09 F150 XLT. Everything seems to work fine except I can only preset 6 stations and not 10 and cannot change channels using the control on the steering wheel. The dealer is telling me that this is normal which I am having a problem believing. I would appreciate any insight any of you may have. Thanks in advance.

 

I installed the ISimple Media Gateway Kit that is mentioned in other posts in this forum in my 2010 Screw. I have the same issue with the presets. I can only use 1-6 on Sirius. I can however rotate through the preset channels using the steering wheel control.

I can live with only 6 presets but I believe that I should be able to use the steering wheel control to move thru the channels. I guess I will have to see what the dealer tells me.
