U make a post in a thread, shouldn't that thread appear when U click on "NEW POSTS"?
I replied in my 3 Way Component install thread, then later went to "New Posts" to see if there were any responses but it never showed up.
I thought that when a thread is replied to, that thread bumps to the top of the new post list? At least that's just the way I thought it was years ago... |
I'm not a forum administrator, so I can only offer a guess. Since it was YOU who created the post, and since you SAW that post when you clicked "Post Reply", it is no longer a new post as far as YOU are concerned. Everyone else, however, sees it as the latest, new post.
But, I know what you mean about not being able to find it easily later. Just try to make a note of its location if you want to revisit it. - Jack |
