Sold our truck and forgot completely about this forum. How can I get the account deleted?

 

We do not delete accounts, as it would leave gaps in threads. Just don't use it anymore, if you don't wish to come around.

Most forums don't delete accounts, even if you behave badly and get booted the account is usually still there but labelled as "Banned".

In his case he has 1 post so the only thread that would be affected would be this one.

 

I realized that but we mods have never been taught how to delete accounts, so I'm not going to start now.

 

You can't in the mod panel, someone with access to the admin panel would have to do it.

 

It's long since been the sites' policy to not delete accounts. We can remove subscriptions or similar if you're getting automatic notifications from the site.

But, generally speaking - with few exceptions - we like to preserve the integrity of threads where users have participated (even if they have only participated in a minimalistic fashion).

One post count wouldn't necessarily account for any GD discussions they may have participated in
