Are ya'll using site5 to host? (site5 error)

Was just curious. We are using them to host our site/forum & I noticed this morning while surfing here, that I would occasionally get the same error I get on our forum... it's something on their end, was just curious if ya'll had talked to them about it & what they said...

I believe IB has their own server farm.
