What's up with my sig?
 

It's only shown in a few of my posts? Did I make it too big or something?

I think it will only show once in a thread.
No matter how many posts you have in a thread, it will only show in one post only.

Which post depends if you checked Show my sig or not.

Make sure you check the "Show my signature" in every post.
Bottom right corner underneath the replybox.

Is there a way to automatically include the show my signature without having to check it each time. Mine doesn't auto check with a reply or quote.

That is by design. Steve has it turned off by default thereby requiring you to check the sig each time. A pain at times but it probably is the better choice for a number of reasons.
