I'm used to getting the Ford customer surveys in the mail but I got a call last night. The woman stated up front that she wasn't going to sell me anything. This was good on her part because I would've hung up on her otherwise. She asked a lot of the standard survey questions just not as many. She ended the call by thanking me for my time and then gave me her phone number, extension and name and said to call her if I had any questions or concerns about my new truck. Chalk another one up for Ford.

Very nice looking truck there. My son(7) said that when he gets older and can drive he wants a F350. Says my F150 is too small and wants a bigger one. Got to love him though as he always looks for Ford trucks on the road

I haven't gotten any Ford survey yet.....
Only customer satisfaction call came from the dealer asking how I liked my truck...I told them I would probably like it if they got around to eqipping and prepping it. They called before delivery thinking I was already driving around...as a happy customer. Is that why Ford never called ?

 

I received my survey about 45 days after leasing my 2001 F-150.

I really lit up the dealership--they were the worst.

So what good is the survey? What are the ramblifications?
