I bought my 1st F-150 "Steed" Flrsd, Sprcab a month ago. Currently have 2175.5 miles on it. So far she has been to the dealer for repairs 3 times (currently at dealer). Once for parking brake light switch and twice for paint flaking-off. Knock-on-wood no major mechanical problems yet. I know this may be quite minute to some people. However for me its a major disappointment. I have yet to enjoy the full extent of this vehicle and already its seen the shop 3 times. I guess it is different if I caused all of the problems. I would be disappointed but not as much. I am currently having to bum a ride to and from work. This can be quite embarrasing specially when co-leagues have seen your new ride. Such inconveniece. I must say, I have never experienced any problems with any of my previous vehicles of different brand.
Please forgive tone of this post. Just needed to vent to fellow F-150 drivers.
