Bed Extender for 92 Flairside

I just got a 48" wide 2001 Bed Extender. I want to use it on my 92 F150 Flairside! It looks like it is the correct width, but I need to find some mounts that will work. Anyone done this?

What was the first year that Ford F150 came with Bed Extenders?
