Hi All,

I know nothing about shocks so wanted a little input.

The front shocks are the single shocks (not the double kind)

The suspension isn't lowered or raised. I just want good value replacements. I might put new coils in the front while i'm at it.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

For good OE quality, you might as well get Motorcrafts. That's what it came with and they are competitively priced.

 

Yup, like glc said. About $65 for a MC. Not bad considering.

 

Half that price at Rock Auto.

...I'll check the pricing for Motorcraft locally as int shipping is a bit of a killer...

 

If you can't find them locally or they cost too much, just about anything from Monroe or Gabriel should do the job, as long as they are advertised as being OEM quality or better.
