'89 won't start after fender-bender

I had a fender-bender and the truck shut off immediately upon impact, so I thought it would be the inertia switch that has the power cut off from the fuel pump, but it is not tripped. The fuel pump relay was my next thing to check, and I think it is the problem. I am no electrician, but I found a diagram, and checking with my volt meter, I get the following voltages for the color wires indicated. Yellow- ~12.6 switch on or off. Brown – dead. Tan/Light Green,- ~ 5.6. switch on. Red, ~5.6 switch on. I believe there should be voltage on the brown wire with the switch on, so I think that my relay is bad. The problem is, the relays that are available at NAPA, Autozone, O'reillys, etc, do not look like mine. Mine has 4 blades, new ones have 5. Mine has a molded “keyway” in the body of the plug, the new ones do not. The Ford dealership parts department tells me this is not available from Ford any longer. Can anyone educate me by looking at the images below?

Please post a pic of the other side of the relay. Clean it off if you have to, need to see the diagram. The 5 pin relay diagram looks like this:

Thanks for the response. Here are views of all the other sides. Mine does not have a diagram like the one you posted.

Google using the Ford part number and see what comes up. Sometimes the parts rockauto sells has the OE part numbers that it replaces when you click on info.

Everything Rock Auto has is 5 pin.

So I found a tutorial that appears to be helpful at troubleshooting my problem. I will post back results after I follow it through. Thanks for all the responses thus far.

The 5th terminal is the "on at rest" terminal for the relay. It is unused in your application. Take a look at the socket and I'll bet there is a blank hole where the 5th blade terminal will fit, unused.
