I bought this 1 yr ago and it has never ran solid, some parts that have been replaced, Neutral safety switch, both heads, plugs, wires. also replaced both gas tanks and the inline fuel filter and flushed system. It use to start but sporadically It now will turn over but will not start. It was taken to Dealer to try to get it to run.. they said it was running. when I went to pick it up it did not run and took about 3 hrs to get it going.. till I got home, about 2 mi away, but after I shut it off it would not restart. I am suspecting components in the start sequence have failed. I'm looking for info on those components and voltage at output at those components as they begin the start sequence.. Any help is appreciated

 

If it turns over but won't start, it either has an issue with spark or fuel. Start by determining whether you have spark and whether you have fuel pressure.

If you have both, hold your foot down just a bit on the gas pedal, if it starts, you have a bad IAC. If that doesn't work, floor it, if it starts it was flooded, probably leaky injectors.

If it idles and runs rough, you may need a new MAP sensor.

 

Possibly the PIP sensor in the distributor. They do a sporadic start sometimes and then don't just before they give up the ghost entirely.
That would give you a 'no spark' condition.
