Need help.. about to burn this thing.

Hey guys, just picked up a 92 f150 5.0 4x4. I basically picked up somebody else's headache that they gave up on. Was told truck ran great till he let it sit for a few months, So now I'm trying to figure it out. The truck has a misfire as it gets warm. Once up to temp the truck bucks and shakes going down the road. So far these are the thing iv checked and replaced. Injectors, replaced all intake manifold gaskets, cleaned intake of all carbon build up, replaced egr, o2 sensor, cam sensor in distributor and iac. Checked all vacuum lines, tested with a known good pcm with no change. Checked for codes no codes present other then heater. Im suck. Any info would be great.

Check the compression to see if the engine is in good shape mechanically. How many miles are on this engine?

If you haven't set fire to it yet, check the firing order. When I went thru my Bronco 302 I got the wrong firing order and it ran great at idle and cold. When it heated up to normal I had a misfire, a staggering misfire.
