1995 f-150 rear gas tank
 

9995 f-150 2wd 4.9 20098 miles. Great truck having rear fuel tank issuses .Not working. Seemed like it gradually got worse now nothing. is there anything i should check before dropping tank. I have switched to rear tank and turned on switch ssounds like pump is working Thanks

Check the fuel pressure ;; with a gauge.
Pump can be working but your truck requires 30 to 45 psi to run. Anything below 40 (key on engine off) is something to be concerned about.
Anything real close to or below 30 is your problem.
Spend the $50 and buy a gauge before you spend money on a pump - and put yourself through all that work.
