1 ton F150 Build , tons of pictures

I figured Id throw up my 1 ton f150 project. I did most of this a few months back and this project will probably never end. Figure for now Ill try to get this thread up to speed.

Started with a 300 dollar f150 with no drive train but body was in great shape

Cleaning up everything, paint, and a whole lot of redneck ingenuity to get the cab off

In the mean time I started cleaning up a dana60 I had

Found an ext cab long bed 2x4 f250 with a 351w, blown e4od with a good frame for 500 bucks. Using the frame, engine and wiring harness

e40d out

c6 in and frame cleaned up

And back to my sketchy cab swap

I am not a big long bed fan so time to shorten her up

Unfortunately first mud bog I found out the hard way that my front shaft was too short for amount of travel and a threw it into my wiring harness. Of course I had my foot to the floor so it spirled the harness up like spaghetti

thanks guys , I'll keep the pictures coming as I work on it slowly .
Have the roller 351w in garage I'm trying to get ready for paint and picked up some 1.7 roller rockets . Keeping an eye out for some gt40 cobra or lightning heads but due to money I'll probably end up using the e7's

Nice! Which computer are you using to be happy with the C6?

it still has the 93 f250 sd e4od computer. I pulled the nuetral saftey switch off of the e4od, put it in nuetral and zip tied it to the frame rail. The c6 only needs vacuum to run fine, I dont even have the kick down cable hooked up and it operates with no issues. I am sorta keeping an eye out for a 351w manual maf obd1 computer though.

While you are throwing pictures up, got any more of the green Baja with the body lift? I did that 20 years ago and sold the car.

Solid. I didn't know if it would trip a check engine light. I don't have that computer, but got you covered if you ever swap to a 460.

Its my buddys baja I can get pictures.
As for the 460 swap I was on the fence for a while if I was going to go big block or keep small block, and fuel injected vs carb. For now it was just more cost effective to stay 351w and speed density and since I couldnt swing any big power mods speed density and small block aren't really holding me back to much. Roller 351w with 1.7 roller rockers, exhaust and some freshing up should be an imporvement from what I had.

Anyone know if an F2TE-A3A injector from a 95 351w would be an EV1 injector? Im looking for rebuild kits while I have mine out but am not having good luck finding good info.
Im pretty damn sure I just need the EV1 injector rebuild kits I am seeing but wouldnt hurt to know thats correct
